Policies

REQUIREMENTS:
We require that we receive your payment, registration and signed contract for private lesson or packages prior to the start of all classes or lessons.
The “One 6 week session” allows you to take only 1 class per week for six weeks.
The “Two 6 week sessions” allows you to take 2 classes a week for 6 weeks or 1 class a week for 6 weeks with a partner.

CLASS CARD EXPIRATION:
Class card expiration policies are stated on our website and registration on our on-line reservation system and on client receipts.
No extensions, no freezes. No exceptions.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Private Lessons: The DanceSport Academy maintains a 24 hour cancellation policy for private lessons. Failure to give notice will result in you being charged for the lesson. We do make exceptions in certain emergency situations or if you reschedule within the same week.
Group Lessons: Early cancellations are allowed up to 5 hours prior to each class at no charge. If you late cancel, or, do not show up and a cancellation is not received, your account will be deducted a class. If you are on an unlimited monthly package, a day will be deducted for each absence.

REFUNDS:
Private Lessons: Private lessons are transferable but NOT refundable but may be rescheduled for a later date.
Group Lessons: Class packages and memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable & cannot be extended.
